This year’s 18th typhoon Talim located in Northwest Pacific which about 970 kilometers from east by south of Yilan County, Taiwan. The National Meteorological Center forecasts Talim will move towards west by north at the speed of 25 to 30 kilometers per hour with gaining intensity. It will make a landfall along coast of northern Fujian and Zhejiang from September 14 to 15, and maybe move towards north from offshore of Zhejiang then towards northeast on September 15. The National Meteorological Center continues to issue blue warning of typhoon today.

From September12 to 13, there will be scale  6-7 gale in northwestern East Sea and northeastern South Sea. In addition, a tropical depression has generated over sea areas which about 100 kilometer from Manila, Philippines. It will move towards west by north at the speed of 10 to 15 kilometers per hour, and then intensified into the 19th typhoon and close to northwestern South Sea.

From September 13 to 14, Taiwan, Zhejiang and Fujian will see stronger precipitation. (Sep.12)
