In this morning, obvious dropping temperature has occurred in Xinjiang. From September 14 to 15, influenced by cold air, eastern Northwest China, Inner Mongolia, northern North China and Northeast China will experience scale 4-6 northerly winds and 4~8℃ dropping temperature. Light to moderate rain with severe convective weather will affect Inner Mongolia, North China, Northeast China and the Yellow-Huaihe Basin.

This year’s 22th typhoon Mangkhut, as super typhoon, located over Northwest Pacific which about 710 kilometers from east of Manila, Philippines (15.5°N, 127.5°E) at 5:00 a.m. today. It will move towards west by north at the speed of 25 kilometers per hour, make landfall or across northern coast of Luzon Island on morning of September 15, then land in southern Guangdong and eastern Hainan on night of September 16 to morning of September 17.

From September 14 to 15, there will be strong winds in central-eastern and northeastern South Sea, Taiwan Strait, Bashi Channel and east sea areas of Taiwan. Moderate to heavy rain will hit eastern Taiwan from September 14 to 15. (Sep.14)
