| Mr. SUN Xianjian, graduated from the Department of Meteorology, Nanjing University. He once acted as Deputy Director of Xiaogan Meteorological Bureau; Director and Secretary of CPC Party Leading Group of the Jingmen Meteorological Bureau; Director of Human Resources Division, Member of CPC Leading Group and Director of Weather Modification Office under the Hubei Provincial Meteorological Bureau (HPMB). He served as Deputy Director of the In-depth Restructuring Office in 1993; and Director-General, Department of Human Resources of CMA in 1994. Since 1999, he has been serving as Head of CMA Discipline Inspection Office designated by the CPC Central Commission on Discipline Inspection, a member of the CPC Leading Group of CMA (at Deputy Administrator level). He is a senior Engineer in meteorological S&T management. |

| In charge of the discipline inspection, and assisting the Administrator and Secretary in discharging such responsibilities as oversight, auditing and outreach. | | |
