From Dec 15 to 16, Six Provinces (regions) Forecast Technique Experiences Exchange Conference was held in Lanzhou.  28 of altogether 46 papers were exchanged and discussed during the conference. The conference indicated that all the provincial (regions) meteorological observatories could well and truly forecast the special local disaster. And the participants acquired the abundant experiences of forecast technique  by carefully summarizing and analyzing in the conference.( Wang Demin)
