According to forecast of Shanghai Meteorological Observatory, in the forty-day passenger transport around the Spring Festival (from January 23 to March 2), Shanghai will have 17~23 rain days, higher than that of conventional years (18 days). Average temperature at the period will be about 6℃, higher than that of conventional years (5.6℃), but will fluctuate greatly between warm and cold. The extreme lowest temperature at this period will reach -2℃~ -4℃.
Shanghai meteorological departments will try their best to provide meteorological service for the passenger transport around the Spring Festival.
