On March 18, Dr. Boelts, experts of ecological environment pedagogics of German Philipps-Universitat Marburg, visited Qinghai Meteorological Bureau. He exchanged with staff of Qinghai Meteorological Bureau on subjects interested by both sides. And the two sides have agreed on the cooperation intention initially.  (Mar.20)
