At 14:30 p.m. May 13 Wang Shourong lead the CMA work team to go to Dujiangyan of Wen Chuan county which was heavily hit by the 7.8 grade earthquake with the company of director Zhao Guangzhong of Sichuan Meteorological Bureau to direct the disaster fighting and rescuing work.
   Wang first listened to the report of the Dujiangyan Meteorological Bureau on the situation. The work team also went around to learn more about the process of the meteorological service. Wang visited the afflicted staff and encourage them to work hard to rebuild home. He said that CMA would provide 12 million to Sichuan to support the disaster fighting and relief work.  (May 14)
