Recently, people’s Government of Shanxi Province sent down the notice of Printing and Distributing Shanxi Provincial Meteorological Disaster Emergency Plan. This marks Shanxi Provincial Meteorological Disaster Emergency Plan has been formally promoted to the government’s specific preparedness.

    This will be beneficial for Shanxi’s meteorological disaster prevention, ensuring efficient and orderly emergency work, comprehensively enhancing the comprehensive management and emergency handing ability, and minimize the losses of meteorological disaster.

    Shanxi Provincial Meteorological Bureau will retransmit this preparedness to the meteorological offices of all the counties and cities. They will also further enhance the communications with other relevant departments as well as the propaganda of the preparedness. (May 14)
