At 21 o’clock May 14 the CMA work team lead by vice director of CMA Yu Rucong arrived Shaanxi and started work. The work team first listened to the report of the Shaanxi Meteorological Bureau on the emergency response service and flood season weather forecast work.   
   
   Yu Rucong fully confirmed the effort made by the Shaanxi Meteorological Bureau and expressed appreciation on behalf of the CMA. Yu also encouraged them to make further effort to do good job in disaster relief work and weather service. He required that the meteorological departments should closely cooperate with the government and try best to help the afflicted staff. The meteorological operation system should be recovered as soon as possible. Yu asked them to pay top attention to the disaster relief work and provide best and timely service. (May 15)
