At 14:14 May 15 the earthquake fighting and rescue workgroup lead by Zhou Heng director of Department of Observation and Telecommunication of CMA arrived in Lanzhou and quickly went to south Gansu to guide the disaster relief work. This is the third workgroup sent by CMA. (May 16)
