At 1:04 of July 1, Qingfeng County of Henan Province suffered the 1st heavy rainstorm in this flood season. The precipitation of 10 towns there has been more than 100mm. The 3-hour maximum precipitation in the urban area has been 197.3mm. In addition, the low land areas suffered waterlogging.
