The Department of Planning and Finance is responsible for preparing development strategies and plans of national meteorological services; providing guidance for the development of local meteorological services; reviewing plans of large and medium-sized meteorological development projects; coordinating the implementation and improvement of dual financial system of meteorological offices at various levels; managing state-owned assets and funds for meteorological services; compiling statistics of meteorological facilities. |
