The Department of Human Resources is responsible for selecting and appointing officials of department level of the meteorological services across the country; handling staff and salary matters in CMA headquarters; preparing and supervising the implementation of human resources development strategies; providing guidance on personnel and labor matters to meteorological offices of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the leadership of the State Council and municipalities with independent budgetary status. |
