Missions:

    Meteorological Observation Center of CMA uses domestic and oversea advanced technology and managements as well as researches the principles and observation methods of different kinds of meteorological equipments according to the relevant national requirements. It is responsible for the research and draft of the principles of observational technology and supporting the popularization and application of new technology; monitoring the operation performance of the national atmosphere observation system and the quality of the observational data; continually developing the research and exploiting news fields of observational technology so as to improve the plan and management levels of the national observational technology.
