At 18:00 p.m. today, National Meteorological Center issued yellow warning of rainstorm:

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours since 20:00 p.m. of November 10, there will be heavy rain in Guangxi, Hainan, southwestern Guangdong, central and southwestern Hunan, central-northern Jiangxi, and southeastern Guizhou. In southern Guangxi, Hainan, Leizhou Peninsula, there will be rainstorm with isolated severe rainstorm (100-200mm). (Nov. 10)
