In 24 hours, sustained winds of more than 6 or 6 to 7 levels is occurring or will occur with some gusts of over 7 or 7 to 8 levels.

1. Government and related sectors should do preparation work for gale.

2. Close the door, reinforce structures, and arrange outdoor items which are vulnerable to high winds, cover building materials, and seal precision instruments.

3. Marine operation and the running ships should take active measures e.g. return to the harbor or detour.

4. Avoid riding bikes and staying under the signboard or temporary structures.

5. Related departments should precaution against fire in forest and grasslands.

In 12 hours, sustained winds of more than 8 or 8 to 9 levels is occurring or will occur with some gusts of over 9 or 9 to 10 levels. 

1. Government and related sectors should do preparation work for gale;

2. Stop outdoor activities, dangerous operations. The persons who are in dangerous areas or houses should be turned to a shelter against winds.

3. Marine operation and the running ships should take active measures e.g. reinforce port facilities.

4. Cut off the dangerous power, arrange outdoor items which are vulnerable to high winds and cover building materials.

5. The departments of airport and freeway should take support measures to the safety of traffic. And related departments should precaution against fire in forest and grasslands.

In 6 hours, sustained winds of more than 10 or 10 to 11 levels  is occurring or will occur  with some gusts of over 11 or 11 to 12 levels.

1. Government and related sectors should take the emergency measures  for  gale ;

2. The primary and middle schools or department with poor ability of anti-wind should stop operations. Avoid outdoor activities.

3. Marine operation and the running ships should take active measures e.g. return to the harbor and reinforce port facilities.

4. Cut off the dangerous power, arrange outdoor items which are vulnerable to high winds and cover building materials.

5. The departments of airport and freeway should take support measures to the safety of traffic. And related departments should precaution against fire in forest and grasslands.

In 6 hours, sustained winds of more than 12 levels  is occurring or will occur  with some gusts of over 13 levels.

1. Government and related sectors should take the emergency measures  for  gale ;

2. Stay in the safe place and avoid going out.

3. The ships which return to the harbor should take active measures. Arrange the person to remain in or turn to the safe areas.

4. Cut off the dangerous power, arrange outdoor items which are vulnerable to high winds and cover building materials.

5. The departments of airport and freeway should take support measures to the safety of traffic. And related departments should precaution against fire in forest and grasslands.
