From 22 to 26 June, local time, during the 80th session of the Executive Council (EC-80) of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) , the MAZU Menu-to-Service Platform was exhibited, which is designed to develop customized packages and tailored early warning services.
The Platform provides global partners with tailored MAZU solutions, comprising four core modules: Service Catalog, Request List, Tailored Solutions, and Task Management. Its primary users include National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs), disaster management agencies, and international organizations.

In the Service Catalog module, users can browse all international cooperation and service items provided by MAZU, China's solution for Early Warnings for All (EW4All), covering disaster risk knowledge, technologies, products, operational systems, service tools, equipment, and best practices in disaster prevention and mitigation. Currently, over 100 service items are available on the platform.
In the Request List module, users can select items according to their country's specific needs across categories such as observation equipment, satellite remote sensing products, weather and climate and AI-based forecast products, specialized meteorological service products, operational platforms, and toolkits, and add them to a customized request list.
In the Tailored Solution module, based on the selected request list, users can generate a personalized MAZU solution with the assistance of an AI agent.
The Task Management module allows users to track the full lifecycle of their requests, including approval progress, implementation status, and delivery timelines, in real time.
During the session, the Chinese delegation presented the Platform to representatives from the WMO, the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF), the World Hydrometeorological Equipment Industry Association (HMEI), as well as NMHSs from Russia, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Germany, Indonesia, the Republic of the Congo, and other countries, along with private sector delegates. Delegates spoke favorably of the Platform's content and features.
The China Meteorological Administration (CMA) will continue to refine the Platform based on user feedback, further enhancing service quality and efficiency, supporting the international rollout of MAZU, and contributing to the realization of the United Nations EW4All initiative.
