After receiving the early warning, the District Government attached great importance to disaster prevention and relief and rescue work, organized key departments to discuss and judge the weather condition in a timely manner, quickly launched emergency plans, implemented disaster prevention measures, and conducted meteorological prediction, risk diagnosis and judgment, preparation of emergency materials, investigation of water-related projects along rivers, flood prevention publicity and emergency risk avoidance.

Through the early warning platform, 15 short messages were sent to emergency personnel, covering 150,000 people. The District Meteorological Department triggered“call and response”mechanism 21 times.
