Around 5:00 p.m. of September 16, this year’s 22th typhoon Mangkhut, as severe typhoon level, made landfall in Taishan coast of Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. The maximum winds of its center was scale 14 while minimum air pressure reached 955 hPa. (Sep.16)
