According to World Meteorological Centre Beijing (WMC-BJ), it is expected that Typhoon YINXING will make landfall or skirt the northern coast of Luzon Island in the Philippiness on the night of November 7 or in the early morning of November 8, then move into the northeastern part of the South China Sea and bring significant gusty winds to the southern part of China.
Affected by this, from November 7 to 8, some parts of northern Philippines will experience heavy rain, with locally severe downpours, and strong winds of 6-8 levels, with gusts reaching 9-11 levels.
