CMA Institute for Development and Programme Design（CMAIDP）undertakes the responsibility of relevant policies, strategic research and key information analysis in terms of meteorological preparedness, response to climate, climate resource development and utilization, meteorology and life safety, production, and so on; undertaking medium and long-term national meteorological development plan, overall meteorological plan, sector plan, regional plan, and major special plan research, compilation, and evaluation; undertaking relevant theoretical approaches, policies, technical standards, and regulations and rules of meteorological plans and projects; and other work delegated by CMA.
